Sensory Processing is Huge Part of what we do.

Sensory processing is a child’s ability to develop movement and exploration using the senses of taste, touch, vision, hearing, and smell. Infants explore with their mouths and progress to exploring with their hands. Sensory skills become more refined in early childhood.

Why OT for Sensory Processing Development?

Why Private Pay?

Offering services through a private payment system liberates myself and my clients from the restraints of the insurance companies and the government payors. Reimbursement for services through these payment systems are accompanied by strict limitations on frequency, duration, number of sessions, and treatment interventions, leading to limited if any success. Private pay allows us to give the child exactly what they need without limits.

Where Does
Therapy Occur?

Therapy occurs in your home, nursery or preschool, or even at the park. This allows areas to be addressed in the child’s familiar environment and the context of where the skills will be used. This facilitates generalization of skills and abilities, ensuring success in various situations.

Therapy occurs when you and your child need it most. We offer flexible scheduling, typically in the morning and afternoon, but also evenings and weekends as needed.

These prices have been thoughtfully considered and are felt to be better than fair when compared to other providers. Included in these costs are research and acquisition of materials and equipment, documentation time, follow ups and consultation with Client families and caregivers, monthly operating costs, travel, individualized treatment planning, and development of free offerings including the educational blog and videos.

Where we are a private pay business, we are also more than happy to provide our clients all of the necessary documentation, coding, and billing information needed to pursue reimbursement from their insurance carriers.
Reimbursement is of course not guaranteed.

Our ultimate goal is to provide quality yet cost-effective treatment. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and high ethical values. We never, NEVER push for unnecessary treatment and strive to achieve outcomes through modifications, consultation, and “homework” whenever possible.
